Mi entrada al concurso TopFiveFamily Observa Piensa Escribe. Deliciosa Parrilla

Hola amigos de la Comunidad de TopFiveFamily, me uno a este concurso de Observa, Piensa Escribe, propuesto por el amigo @lanzjoseg.

Siempre se acostumbra cuando hacemos un compartir, hacemos la deliciosa parrilla, en años anteriores cuando mis hijos jugaban béisbol ,siempre después de cada juego, organizabamos una parrillada para celebrar el triunfo del juego y si perdimos igual celebramos, lo importante es reunirnos y pasar un día fino, pero eso era casi todo a los fines de semana.

Ahora bien, en reunió familiar siempre se hace parrilla, teemos un parrillero especial que es mi hermano Manuel, el es el encargado, de hacer parrilla y las sopas, lo que se vaya a preparar Manuel es el cocinero o es el que esta pendiente de todo.

Los vecinos, casi todos los fines semana, mejor dicho los viernes en el conjunto Residencial donde vivimos allí, nos reunimos y hacemos parrillas, día especial el día viernes.

La parrilla, es una comida que se prepara con carne, pollo, chorizo, ensalada, yuca o casabe,.la mas sencilla, porque hay personas que les ponen otros ingredientes.

Tengo una amiga, que ella es Venezolana y vive en Italia y cuando viene a visitar a la familia en Puerto Ordaz, nos damos vida haciendo parrillada, ella le gusta que las parrillas tengan morcilla, como mencioné anteriormente, las parrillas se le agregan otros o ingredientes dependiendo del gusto de las personas.

Mi amiga, cuando llega a Venezuela le gusta festejar y comer platos típicos venezolanos y bueno hay que complacerla, lo bueno que ella pone todo, porque nosotros no tenemos muchos dolares para celebrar.

Now, at family gatherings there is always a grill, we have a special grill person who is my brother Manuel, he is in charge of making the grill and the soups, whatever Manuel is going to prepare He is the cook or he is the one who is aware of everything.

The neighbors, almost every weekend, or rather on Fridays in the Residential complex where we live there, we meet and have barbecues, a special day on Friday.

The grill is a meal that is prepared with meat, chicken, chorizo, salad, cassava or casabe, the simplest, because there are people who add other ingredients.

I have a friend, who is Venezuelan and lives in Italy and when she comes to visit the family in Puerto Ordaz, we live by making barbecue, she likes that the grills have blood sausage, like I mentioned previously, grills are added with other ingredients depending on people's taste.

My friend, when she arrives in Venezuela, she likes to celebrate and eat typical Venezuelan dishes and well, you have to please her, the good thing is that she puts everything into it, because we don't have many dollars to celebrate.
