Cake mexicain
Salut à tous,
un cake salé aux saveurs mexicaines.
Il faut du chorizo, des haricots rouges, du poivron vert, du cheddar et des épices mexicaines.
Faire fondre le chorizo doucement à la poêle et ajouter le poivron. Laissez cuire et égoutter.
Pendant ce temps préparer une Pâte à cake classique et couper le cheddar.
Une fois que le chorizo est un peu refroidi, mélanger tous les ingrédients et remplir un moule à cake préalablement beurré.
Faire cuire dans un four chaud pendant 40 minutes.
