Coleslaw maison

Salut à tous, un coleslaw maison, le seul point faible c'est qu'il faut en faire en quantité, mais c'est sans cochonneries industrielles et ça se garde un peu.

Du choux et des carottes râpées, et une sauce à base de fromage blanc, moutarde, vinaigre, un peu de cumin et de coriandre hachée.

Je râpe le chou et les carottes avec un appareil ménager et il n'y a plus qu'à mélanger.

Vous pouvez le personnaliser avec des raisins secs par exemple, ou des épices, pourquoi pas du curry ou du curcuma qui rendre votre coleslaw unique pour vos invités.
