Courgettes râpées

Salut à tous, on connait tous les carottes râpées mais avez-vous essayé les courgettes râpées?

Il faut juste des courgettes, du jus de citron et de l'huile d'olive.

Couper les courgettes en deux sans les éplucher, et bien vider les pépins avec une cuillère.

Il n'y a plus qu'à passer à la râpe, plutôt grosse grille sinon vous allez avoir de la purée.

Assaisonner au dernier moment avec le jus de citron, huile d'olive, sel poivre, car sinon cela va les faire rendre de l'eau.

J'ai fait juste nature mais selon vos goûts vous pouvez ajouter, de l'ail, des épices, mais nature vous allez découvrir un goût fin et subtil de la courgette.
