Crêpes à la banane
Salut à tous, avec des restes de crêpes maison sucrées, un dessert sympa avec des bananes caramélisées.
Dans une poêle faire caraméliser du miel doucement. Quand il a la bonne coloration retirer du feu et mettre un morceau de beurre et la banane coupée en tranches.
Remettre à cuire à feu doux quelques minutes et laisser tiédir.
Dans une assiette pliée la crêpe en deux et garnir avec la préparation.
Refermer et c'est prêt, vous pouvez aussi mettre une boule de glace vanille dessus.
