Fougasse aux lardons
De temps en temps j'aime faire ma fougasse avec de la pâte à pain, de l'huile d'olive, des lardons, du fromage et des herbes de Provence.
La pâte à pain est très simple à faire, par contre il faut bien laisser gonfler et dégazer de temps en temps, je prépare ma pâte la veille et une nuit au réfrigérateur.
Le lendemain j'ajoute les épices, les lardons et le fromage dans mon cas du parmesan.
Après avoir bien mélanger je façonne la fougasse et la laisse gonfler à nouveau au moins deux heures.
Avant de la mettre à cuire, je la fend et badigeonne d'huile d'olive.
25 minutes de cuisson environ et ensuite la laisser reposer. L'idéal est de la manger tiède, avec une salade par exemple.
