Salut à tous,

la macédoine c'est très bon mais la mayonnaise classique c'est pas très light.

Un très bon moyen de manger des légumes variés, j'utilise de la macédoine surgelé et je vais cuire des pommes de terre séparément.

Tout doit être froid et bien égoutté.

Pour la sauce du mascarpone, de la moutarde, des oeufs durs, des cornichons et des câpres.

Mélanger le mascarpone et la moutarde et ajouter les autres ingrédients hachés.

Il n'y a plus qu'à mélanger et c'est prêt.
