Poulet aux courgettes

Salut à tous, un plat tout simple, tout cuit en même temps au four et fait un plat sympa.

Il faut une courgette, des blancs de poulet, de la crème et des épices comme curry et coriandre.

Dans un plat allant au four, émincer les courgettes, assaisonner et ajouter quelques graines de coriandre.

Poser par dessus les blancs de poulet, ajouter du curry et de la crème.

Mettre à cuire au four environ 25 minutes et c'est prêt.
