Raviolis à ma façon
Salut à tous, des raviolis cuisinés maison, quand je pense que gamin on mangeait des raviolis en boîte et on aimait ça...
Maintenant on trouve des raviolis sous vide à cuire, juste cuisinés avec un peu de poivron, d'oignons, de coriandre fraîche et de l'huile d'olive.
Pendant que les raviolis cuisent, faire revenir oignon et poivron finement coupés avec de l'huile d'olive et des épices.
Ajouter la coriandre haché et ajouter les raviolis avec trois cuillères à soupe d'eau de cuisson et faire revenir doucement avant de servir.
Un plat coloré et sympathique.
