Salade au chorizo
Salut à tous, une recette de salade tiède, avec de la salade, du chorizo, des pommes de terre cuites, de l'oignon, et un peu de vinaigre balsamique.
Cuire les pommes de terre et les épluchées une fois tièdes.
Eplucher le chorizo, l'émincer et le faire fondre dans une poêle avec l'oignon émincé.
Le chorizo doit fondre à feu doux, égoutter le tout une fois cuit pour éliminer un maximum de gras.
Répartir ensuite la salade, disposer les pommes de terre, le chorizo et les oignons.
Quelques gouttes de vinaigre balsamique et c'est prêt
