An easy-to-prepare delicious egg fry.

Wishing all my dear friends a very good day! How are you all doing? The past few days have been quite busy, so I wasn’t able to connect with this platform. Unfortunately, today is another busy day as well. That’s why I decided to prepare a quick and easy recipe. Usually, I share vegetarian recipes, but this time I made a fried egg dish in a different way. It’s actually a method used in Chinese cuisine, offering a unique twist to the typical fried egg. I also added two types of sauces to enhance the flavor. Let’s take a look at how to prepare this recipe in a new and exciting way!

Materials Used.

3 Eggs.
6 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
Salt as needed.
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
2 Tablespoon of soy sauce.
1 Tablespoon of oyster sauce.
2 teaspoon of Vinegar.
1/2 Teaspoon of sugar.
1/2 cup of water.
1/2 Teaspoon of Crown powder dissolved in water.
3 or 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.

The cooking process as follows.

Let's now get ready to prepare this delicious recipe. First, peel the garlic cloves, wash them, and then finely chop them.

Next, take a pan and add a little coconut oil, then place it on the stove. Once the oil heats up, add the eggs and Fry them as per the method below, then set them aside. Add a pinch of salt to it as well.

Next, take another pan, place it on the stove, and add a tablespoon of coconut oil, letting it heat up. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic. While the garlic is gently sautéing, take a small bowl and mix together oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and 1/4 a cup of water. Stir the mixture well, then add it to the sautéed garlic and mix everything thoroughly.

Next, as the sauce begins to thicken, add the fry eggs to the pan and sprinkle a bit of pepper on top. Then, stir in the corn flour mixture (dissolved in water) and cook for a short while. Once the mixture has thickened, remove the pan from the stove.

This is a very simple, flavorful, and easy-to-make recipe. Although it’s a fry egg dish, preparing it this way adds a unique and delicious twist, making it a more nutritious meal.
