My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2025

Morning meditation, Walking in the evening

Dear Friends,
Today is Sunday and I joined the one-hour Sunday meditation session at the meditation centre from 7.00 to 8.00 AM. Then, I joined the wedding ceremony of the one of the trustees' daughter.

In the evening, I walked over one mile around the lake as a physical exercise.

Those are some of the activities for today.
