It seems we are both on the same page and you just mentioned my 3 favourite fruits I go to every time, though I still add apples, too. Healthy living or gaining/reducing weight isn't about hitting the gym every time, not everyone is cut out for it including myself. All these simple habits are what I go with and I feel good. Most importantly, being conscious of one's eating time at night to avoid bloating or unrest while sleeping.

Exactly It’s really about maintaining simple, healthy habits that work for you. Not everyone is built for the gym life, and that’s fine. As long as you’re conscious of what you eat when you eat, and how it makes you feel, that’s what truly matters. Late-night eating can be a game changer, avoiding heavy meals at night helps with digestion and better sleep.
