It's very important to overcome this obstacle called fear of failure otherwise an individual can't achieve what they wanna achieve in life easily. They are not ready to face the challenges and always fall behind in my opinion... Some good and useful insights you have shared with us, it will be really helpful for future generations...

You are right, I overcome this by working on my confidence and setting goals which made me focus on what I want to achieve positively.
