I needed a space for my laundry business and wanted to lease an apartment but my Uncle, Mikel, told me to buy a land and erect a structure instead, I didn't agree with him because I knew my stay in that community was only for a short while.

Building a structure is not actually a bad idea. You could lease the property if you wont stay in the community
