Qurator's Mischievous Mondays | New Sport
Welcome to Qurator's Mischievous Mondays!
This will be a weekly competition that we will be hosting every Monday. We want to see a little more engagement and fun when it comes to some of our competitions so this will be a simpler and shorter competition. Easy to enter, but maybe not so easy to win. ;) This competition will be similar to the Monday Missions we had a long time ago, but instead of writing posts to enter we will now consider only the comments and answers on this blog as your entry to win.
Why Mischievous?
We all could use a little fun in our lives. We would even say that we deserve it, let loose a little and have a go at making everyone laugh or think a little, even if it is a little over the top or pure silliness. Go all out and let your creative juices flow.

Fingerprinting competition
The athletes begin by warming up the joints of their upper limbs: arm and forearm. Soon after, the team, which consists of five other members, positions itself on the bench.
The athlete must start the stopwatch with his/her hand and begin collecting fingerprints from the thumb and index finger of each teammate's right hand.
As the collection is completed, the team goes to a terminal where the fingerprint is read. If the reading is successful, they score a point.
The opposing team does the same.
There are a maximum of five points for each team if all fingerprint readings are successful. The sixth point, and tiebreaker, is awarded to the team that completes the task in the shortest time.
PET BOTTLE TRIATHLON
Given the growing number of PET bottles thrown into nature and damaging the environment, the World Games Association (WGA) has created a new sport, the PET Bottle Triathlon. A team sport made up of three members who compete in tests of strength, dexterity and mental exhaustion.
1ST PROOF -> Carry a ton of PET bottles. In this challenge, athletes must move a number of PET bottles filled with seawater to a specific area. The first one to do so presses a siren so that the second competitor can begin their task. Time is the big challenge.
NOTE: The number of bottles and the weight defined for the tests depends on the event organizers.
2ND PROOF -> Remove as many PET bottle caps as you want, leave them all on a tray and cross a bridge full of challenges. The number of caps that arrive at the end of the test will be used in the final stage. The number of pet bottle caps in the end defines the winner.
3rd PROOF -> After the last team member receives the bottle caps, a timer is set to 1 minute. During this time, the team must stack as many caps as possible. When the time is up, the team's score is recorded. Whoever has the most stacked lids wins.
The team that achieves the best scores in between the three tests wins.
The purpose of this new sporting activity is to show the world the reality of the excess of "human waste" thrown out in the open air. Showing that these materials can be reused in other situations.
