Qurator's Mischievous Mondays | Secret Agent Day
(Edited)
Welcome to Qurator's Mischievous Mondays!
This will be a weekly competition that we will be hosting every Monday. We want to see a little more engagement and fun when it comes to some of our competitions so this will be a simpler and shorter competition. Easy to enter, but maybe not so easy to win. ;) This competition will be similar to the Monday Missions we had a long time ago, but instead of writing posts to enter we will now consider only the comments and answers on this blog as your entry to win.
Why Mischievous?
We all could use a little fun in our lives. We would even say that we deserve it, let loose a little and have a go at making everyone laugh or think a little, even if it is a little over the top or pure silliness. Go all out and let your creative juices flow.
This week's theme : Secret Agent Day

My secret mission which I really can't talk about is something I can't share. Though, I could talk about one of my missions from the past.
I had to go undercover to see if the trains in Belgium were running on time or not. As a real traincustomer, I started my day by buying a ticket. I looked around and figured out that no one was keeping an eye on me. So far, I managed to go with the masses. I paid my ticket, don't worry, I received a credit card for this mission.
Afterwards I looked at the screens, a lot of red could be seen on the screens with the actual timetables. As others were taking pictures of the screen, I did as well. On the one hand to not act suspicious, on the other hand, it was already a good proof that trains are late.
I had a predefined route to take, so I went to the right tracknumber. When waiting for my train, I figured out I was different than my fellow customers. I first had to buy a drink and a snack from a sandwich bar: Panos. Luckily my train was over 20minutes late so I had plenty of time.
I returned to the right track, all of a sudden, there was a change in tracknumber announced for my train. Like the others I looked around a bit annoyed and breathed out deeply. I think no one could see I was a spy at this moment. I walked to the new track.
After some minutes, my train arrived, there was a little problem though, instead of 10 wagons, there were only 4. As everyone else had to go to his work, you can imagine the train was way too busy. Afterwards there was an announcement that the train was too full, the 'traindriver' had to be able to leave the train in all circumstances but this wasn't possible, thus some people had to leave the train. I started talking with my neighbor that this was impossible while I started recording on my phone. Maybe some other announcements could be made which would prove that Belgian trains are often late. A couple minutes later the train drove away, so far so good.
Suddenly I heard some rumor about 5meters away from me. I couldn't understand it, though a bit later, a doctor was asked. Apparently someone lost consciousness. There it was, the announcement that we would stop at the next stop, a small stop which wasn't normally a stop for this train, where we would have to wait for an ambulance. Luckily I managed to record this with my cellphone.
I decided to get off the train, being sure I had enough evidence that Belgian trains aren't running in time. I showed my boss the evidence and he was happy, more money would be given to the Belgian railway company.
A peaceful day in the lands of my country.
calm humidified air moisturizing the skin and giving a relaxing sensation from a hectic and stressful day.
beep beep beep, the phone rang.
lazily, i looked at its screen to know who was calling and it was from an old friend who is a police officer.
hey bro, i answered with a deep and tired voice.
pleasantries were exchanged and the chase was cut to the main reason he called.
i want you to go undercover for me. he said with seriousness on his voice.k
i have left that life yaknow. i do not want to sale people to the police anymore as it endangers the life of my family. i responded while about to end the call.
he responded and said, this is serious and will be the last job i will offer you. you are dthe only one that can pull this off and that is why i decided to call you. i know too well that you have left he system, but i need your help. you remember when i saved your life and offered you police protection when you were living a shitty life? well this is the right time to pay me back. i really need you bro. this is a win-win. you get your commission and i get my promotion after catching the bad guys.
After thinking for a while, i agreed to his deal, though i gave him conditions and reminded him that i need help from nobody because i work alone.
After a long while of talking, i ended the call and went straight to be.
Sleeping with one eyes closed and one eyes open, morning finally came and i woke up as early as 3am.
tools packed, guns ready, bullet proof vest crosschecked for its validity and a neatly ironed suit (that is not big and not small) arranged.
after hitting the shower, the kitchen became my stripper. was like a one-morning-stand. haha
everything was ready. the cars plate number was changed and the road was hit.
got to the place of work and blended with the crowd. bought some dope, coke, marijuana and some other substance while using my body cam to secretly record every thing.
gathered enough information, got some important files that will help the police win the court case and bam, i sneaked out of the premises without trace.
i placed a call to the employer and gave him a meeting place. unknown that the call was tracked by the mafia i spied on.
getting to the location, i saw funny movement but maintained my cool.
during the process of exchanging the information, the sound of shouting was heard.
GET DOWN. GET DOWN.
i immediately found cover and could see bullets flying passed me like a perfume being sprayed all over the body.
realizing it was the works of the mafia, i immediately fired back, taking down 3 remaining one. my employer was no baby as he too fired back and ended he fight with one precise shot.
i could not return to my family but asked my employer for police protection over them because he led me into this mess. Flew my family out of the country that same day to avoid stories that touches the heart.
after submitting every thing to him, i waved goodbye as i went to my hide out to wait for the dust to settle.
a warm bath, a good dinner and some strong wine helped reduce the tension as sleep came in.
welp, thats a day in the life of an secret agent.. haha
its fiction though. dont get scared. haha
Hello friends, I am a secret agent, for obvious reasons, I cannot reveal my name or which country or agency I am working for. Despite so many restrictions, I can reveal a little about my current mission.
Currently, I am investigating a clandestine fight cartel, large companies hire fighters to participate in mortal combats, the fights generate millionaire bets, making human life a game of benefits in the face of money. Such actions are well coordinated and organized by a specific group that has contact with elites across the country, ensuring loopholes in the law that favor and benefit such actions. I've been working on the case for three weeks now. Initially my role was as a lookout, responsible for reporting when a police officer or guard appeared near the scene. I was promoted and was responsible for cleaning the training rinks for athletes who pass through the area I am investigating. I ended up overdoing it with cleaning products and one of my bosses took a fall, I was "promoted" to punching bag and my day went like this...
I have to wake up at five in the morning to clean the place, I take advantage of this moment to access the computer and acquire information about the case, today was a lucky day, I found out when and where the next fight will be, but I need the name of those responsible to finish my work. Around 7 o'clock I turn off the computer, because people start arriving to train, my boss is angry with me, every day he asks me to go up to the fighting ring to see me being beaten, I use my skills discreetly to receive a blow without any impact and pretend I'm really hurt, everyone carries me out of the ring and they only stop at noon. At lunch time it's the best place to gather information, everyone eats together and talks about all subjects, including fights, I listen attentively to everything.
My afternoon is very boring, I have to spend all my time at the gym, despite having a lot of combat skills, I am forced to play the role of a person who is afraid of any type of combat, this gets exhausting, but it's my work. At night I am free, I can enter most of the facilities and look for evidence. I know my work will last, but I've already uncovered enough evidence to catch many of the group. I wish I could quote more information, but it goes against my work policy...
