This week I will be participating in the weekly Splinterlands community contest with the character of Aquatus, this is a water type character. This character by his appearance, he looks brave, charismatic, and I think I liked that, the energy he transmits with his smile I like it too hahaha. This fanar was made using alcohol based markers and colored pencils. This was the first time I used these markers and I was a little scared to use them hehehe, but in the end it had a very good result, I liked it. Let's go through the process.

Step by step:

I wanted to make something cool, so I looked for a reference of a body with a good perspective and used it and adapted it to the character. For this I used my HB pencil and some lines to help me with the body structure.

I outlined the whole drawing, using mostly the number 01 and 03 fine tip markers. And I gave at once the details of the golden tattoos that the character has on his skin.

Now I added the base colors of the character. I used the Blue color marker for Aquatus' skin. I used the violet color marker for the ear flaps, and the purple color marker for the forearms and feet. I used the yellow marker for the trident head and the brown marker for the trident pole. And mixing the lavender and purple markers I painted the fabric on the legs.

With a navy blue and midnight blue color I added the shadows of Aquatus' skin. I used the gray color to draw a line under the eyes to add depth. Using the dark yellow, orange and red markers I shaded the head of the trident, and with the dark brown marker I added the shadows of the stick holding the trident. Using the same violet I darkened a bit the ears making a little gradient, and with the lavender I darkened the fabric between the legs.

Then with a brown color I shaded the golden Aquatus tattoos and added a sea background with some fish, sharks and a ruined structure.

Esta semana estaré participando en el concurso semanal de la comunidad de Splinterlands con el personaje de Aquatus, este es un personaje de tipo agua. Este personaje por su apariencia, se ve valiente, carismático, y creo que eso me gustó, la energía que transmite con su sonrisa me gusta también jajaja. Este fanar fue realizado usando marcadores a base de alcohol y lápices de colores. Esta era la primera vez que utilizaba estos marcadores y me dió un poquito de miedo usarlos jejeje, pero al final tuvo un resultado muy bueno, me gustó. Vayamos con el proceso.

Paso a paso:

Quería hacer algo genial, así que busqué una referencia de un cuerpo con una buena perspectiva y la usé y adapte al personaje. Para esto usé mi lápiz HB y algunas líneas para ayudarme con la estructura del cuerpo.

Delinee todo el dibujo, usando mayormente los marcadores de punta fina número 01 y 03. Y le di de una vez los detalles de los tatuajes dorados que tienen el personaje en su piel.

Ahora agregué los colores base del personaje. Usé el marcador color Azul para la piel de Aquatus. Usé el marcador color violeta para las aletas de las orejas, y el de color morado para las de los antebrazos y los pies. Usé el marcador color amarillo para la cabeza del tridente y el marcador color marrón para el palo del tridente. Y mezclando los marcadores lavanda y violeta pinte la tela que tiene en las piernas.

Con un color azul marino y azul noche agregué las sombras de la piel de Aquatus. Usé el color gris para trazar una línea bajo los ojos para agregarle profundidad. Usando los marcadores de color amarillo oscuro, naranja y rojo sombree la cabeza del tridente, y con el marcador color marrón oscuro añadí las sombras del palo que sujetan el tridente. Usando el mismo violeta oscureci un poco las orejas haciendo un poco de degradado, y con el lavanda oscureci la tela de entre las piernas.

Luego con un color café sombree los tatuajes dorados de Aquatus y añadí un fondo marino con algunos peces, tiburones y una estructura en ruinas.
