Nutella [Eng-Esp]
Hello hivers friends, a long time ago I became very interested in this Recipes community and in the kitchen I find one of my therapies, inventing desserts I love. Since I was little I heard the recipes that my grandmother told my older cousins and in my mind I modified them, changed here and there and got a new recipe. At first it burned my mom's pots or dirty the whole kitchen but as time went by I made better desserts (or well, that's what my mom says):)
Today I want to share with you an easy recipe for homemade Nutella that I always make at home to kill leisure time.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of liquid milk
- 4 peanut cones (without shells)
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- The point of salt
- 1 cup of oil
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except the oil to the blender. Mix them for 1 minute so the mixture rises a little. Then add the oil little by little in a thread until it is thick like mayonnaise.
It is packaged and left to cool so that it thickens well.
In my country it is very difficult to acquire the original, so no one can use a homemade one :)
Hola hivers amigos, hace tiempo me interesé mucho por esta comunidad de Recetas y es que en la cocina encuentro una de mis terapias, inventar postres me encanta. Desde pequeña oía las recetas que mi abuela les contaba a mis primas más grandes y en mi mente las modifica, cambiaba aquí y allá y obtenía una receta nueva. Al inicio le quema las ollas a mi mamá o ensuciaba toda la cocina pero con el paso del tiempo fui haciendo mejores postres (o bueno, eso dice mi mamá):)
Hoy les quiero compartir una receta fácil de Nutella casera que siempre hago en la casa para matar el tiempo ocio.
Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de leche líquida
- 4 Cucuruchos de maní (sin cáscaras)
- 4 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
- 1 taza de azúcar
- El punto de sal
- 1 taza de aceite
Preparación
Agregar a la batidora todos los ingredientes exceptuando el aceite. Mezclarlos durante 1 minuto para que la mezcla crezca un poco. Luego ir agregando el aceite poquito a poquito en forma de hilo hasta que queda espesa como una mayonesa.
Se envasa y se deja enfriar para que se espese bien.
En mi país es muy difícil adquirir la original por eso a nadie le viene mal una casera :)
This is the first time when I see home made Nutella. Nowadays I am not eating Nutella often, but I like it. I usually eat Nutella on bread, and in pancake. Good appetite, whatever you make with it.
@xplosive Hello, it is true that it is not very common to hear about homemade Nutella, but on the other hand it is very economical. I also like it with bread and pancakes. Greetings
