Emotional maturity comes from lots of experience. In most cases, people make decisions based on how they feel. Some times, the results are good but most times, decisions made with emotions do turn out to be bad.

For this week, we invite you to share your experience. Have you ever made any decisions based on emotions? maybe you angrily/happily made a decision that turned out bad or maybe turned out to be good. How did that made you feel? What lesson did you learn? and what advice would you give an emotionally immature person?

Also, have you ever been held back from making an important decision due to your emotions? Maybe you could not make the decision to move on from a heart break, grief or give consent to a euthanasia.
