Hail to the Hive!

Hmmmmm I clearly have boats on the brain at the moment. So are these moody boat photo shots or am I in a boaty mood? You decide. But still they do somehow captivate me whenever I see them these days and had me snapping away from various angles despite the skies starting to drip water on me ( which happens a lot in these here parts I can tell you).

Recently I have been looking at a lot of boats online that are for sale, and not just narrowboats for canals either, all sorts. So whenever I see a floaty vessel I just feel the need to stop and look, think, evaluate and digest what I am seeing. You see I spent many a year working from boats as a diver and spent a little bit of time living, or staying aboard vessels, and of course we had our own for a year and a half. So I am open to looking into more than just maybe canal boats again, although that is the most likely option at the moment, but I wouldn’t rule anything out.

I am extremely lucky to have a life partner in @millycf1976 who has an adventurous spirit so I know she would also be open to different ideas on the floaty boaty home front. So it’s kinda worthwhile to keep looking and to dream a little dream, don’t you think?

Maybe not a canoe though……….
