We will summarize the process.
As a first step is to make a basic form of our idea, I thought of making them together and hugging instead of a confrontational pose, I feel it gives a touch more tender and fraternity between sisters.
In Red color we make a sketch which I gave many tweaks and adjustments before moving to the next step, mostly with the proportions, in first instance I was going to make one taller than the other, if you can notice the difference is very subtle.
With the sketch ready using another brush and a black color we make the lineart, these lines have a good amount of transparency.

Aremos un resumen del proceso.
Como primer paso es hacer una forma básica de nuestra idea, pensé en hacerlas juntas y abrazadas en lugar de una pose de confrontación, siento que le da un toque más tierno y de fraternidad entre hermanas.
En color Rojo hacemos un boceto el cual le di muchos retoques y ajustes antes de pasar al siguiente paso, mayormente con las proporciones, en primera instancia iba a hacer una mas alta que otra, si pueden notarlo la diferencia es muy sutil.
Con el boceto listo usando otro pincel y un color negro hacemos el lineart, estas lineas tienen una buena cantidad de transparencia.

In the girl with blue hair we will try to use to the maximum the reference of fire wolf.
A detail that I let pass was the clothes of the blue girl, I had thought to make a very dark blue tone for her clothes, but in the end I let pass that detail, even so I think she doesn't look so bad with this tone.
For the little ears I used slightly different tones because some are further back than others, the darker ones will be the ones closer to the camera so to speak.

En momento de aplicar el color principal o como yo lo suelo llamar el color base.
En el personaje pelirrojo es mas sencillo, pues es un personaje que ya dibuje anteriormente.
En la chica de cabello azul trataremos de usar al maximo la referencia de fire wolf.
Un detalle que deje pasar fue la ropa de la chica de azul, tenia pensado hacer un tono de azul muy oscuro para su ropa, pero al final deje pasar ese detalle, aun asi creo que no se ve tan mal con este tono.
para las orejitas use tonos ligeramente diferentes pues unas estan mas atras que otra, las mas oscuras seran las que estén mas cerca de la cámara por asi decirlo.

I left the background for the moment and continued with the characters.
Let's start with the skin for this opportunity, not to make so strong shadows, I want to make some well illuminated faces so the shadows will be only in small parts of the skin.
We also added makeup, with this we make allusion to the fire that the original character has in the eyebrows.
For the clothes I made soft shadows and I went up in intensity. With respect to the shines as in the hair they gave a different touch to what I'm used to, let's say that this is an experiment to look for different results.
In the ears a two tone gradient just like the character we drew before.

Ahora daremos detalles, quería empezar por el fondo, Aqui les muestro una idea que descarte, tenia pensado hacer un fuego del color correspondiente al personaje, esta idea la descarte siento que se ve raro para empezar el color era muy saturado, y el fuego aunque se ve genial es genérico con un pincel.
deje de momento el fondo y seguí con los personajes.
Empezamos con la piel para esta oportunidad, no hacer sombras tan fuertes, quiero hacer unos rostros bien iluminados por lo que las sombras seran solo en pequeñas partes de la piel.
Tambien les agregamos maquillaje, con esto hacemos alusión al fuego que el personaje original tiene en las cejas.
Para la ropa hice sombras suaves y fui subiendo de intensidad. con respecto a los brillos al igual que en el cabello dieron un toque diferente a lo que estoy acostumbrado, digamos que esto es un experimento para buscar resultados diferentes.
En las orejas un degradado de dos tonos tal como lo tenia el personaje que ya dibujamos antes.

The eyes are the most important part when making this kind of characters because with them you connect the viewer with the character, with them you transmit that feeling.

Aqui quiero que vean algo importante a medida que terminamos todos los detalles, ¿no sienten que los personajes se ven " raros" ?
Vean lo mucho que cambia cuando trabajamos en los ojos no solo el color y detalles tambien las pestañas del mismo
Los ojos son la parte mas importante al momento de hacer este tipo de personajes pues con el conectas al visor con el personaje, con ellos transmites ese sentimiento.
En resumen, los ojos son una ventana a el Alma.
Dato curioso que siempre tengo presente, Los xenomorph de Alien no tienen ojos visibles para evitar esa conexión o empatía, realmente un diseño increíble de H. R. Giger.

Finally, we apply details in the background
At the end I decided to make a sky with an outdoor landscape, I feel that this type of backgrounds are more cheerful and goes more with the theme of the drawing.
Here I leave an extra version with the sun added digitally, I didn't leave it in the main version because I'm not sure of this result.
Even so I want to share it with you.

Para finalizar Aplicamos detalles en el fondo.
Al final decidí hacerle un cielo con un paisaje al aire libre, siento que este tipo de fondos son mas alegres y va mas con la temática del dibujo.
Aqui les dejo una versión extra con el sol agregado de forma digital, no lo deje en la versión principal pues no estoy seguro de este resultado.
Aun así quiero compartirlo con ustedes.
