Process/Proceso

We start the character with its basic shape, and then we erase and create in a different layer the sketch, once ready and corrected it looks like this.
For the sketch I used a brush with 50% hardness and blue color.

Iniciamos el personaje con su forma básica, para luego ir borrando y creando en una capa diferente el boceto, una vez listo y corregido se ve asi.
Para el boceto use un pincel con dureza 50% y color azul.

The next step is to create the lineart with a transparency of 50% and a black color.

El siguiente paso es crear el lineart con una transparencia de 50% y color negro. una vez listo se ve asi.

We apply the base color, the character has a slightly tanned skin, even so we use as a base the darkest volume to then apply the lights.

Aplicamos el color base, el personaje tiene una piel un poco bronceada, aun así usamos como base el tomo más oscuro para luego aplicar las luces.

When we finish applying all the base colors, we start with the background, for this one I chose the sea.
As you know the sea has different tones, as well as the sky, we apply all the base and then we blur with a brush, this is how it is for now, later we will apply a little more details.

Al terminar de aplicar todos los colores base, empezamos con el fondo, para este elegí el mar.
Como saben el mar tiene diferentes tonos, al igual que el cielo, aplicamos toda la base y luego difuminamos con un pincel, así nos queda por ahora mas adelante, aplicaremos un poco mas de detalles.

The part of the whole drawing that took me more time was the skin of the character, I wanted to achieve something sexy that didn't look so masculine, I think I achieved a good result, with the lights and shadows I think it has a good depth.

La parte de todo el dibujo que mas tiempo me tomo fue la piel del personaje, queria lograr algo sexy que no se viera tan masculino creo que logre un buen resultado, con las luces y sombras creo que tiene una buena profundidad.

After finishing with the clothes and other parts of the armor, we add other details such as crystals, as a curious fact his eyes are the same color as these gems.

Al terminar con la ropa y otras partes de la armadura, pasamos a agregar otros detalles como los cristales, como dato curioso sus ojos son del mismo color que estas gemas.

To finish we should add other details, clouds, correct the water, add color to the eyes and maybe an island in the background would be nice.

Para finalizar debemos agregar otros detalles, nubes, corregir el agua, agregar color a los ojos y tal vez una isla en el fondo quedaría bien.

Friends I want to thank you if you made it this far, I want to tell you a couple of things.
I'm going through a complicated time and doing these illustrations take me a good part of my week, that's why you rarely see other content than splinterlands.
I've been participating in the art contest for about 2 years now and I've made friends, very good friends here.
But I may need to get another job and I don't know if I have time to continue sharing, I hope so, because I don't give up on being in the first place someday.
I'm not saying goodbye hehe, I just wanted to tell you about my situation, I feel I owe everything to you guys for the support, you are like my family.

Amigos quiero agradecerte si llegaste hasta aqui, quiero contarte un par de cosas.
Estoy pasando por un momento complicado y hacer estas ilustraciones me llevan buena parte de mi semana, por eso rara vez ven otro contenido que no sea el de splinterlands.
Tengo como 2 años participando en el concurso de arte eh hice amigos, muy buenos amigos aqui.
Pero es posible que necesite conseguir otro empleo y no sé si me de tiempo para seguir compartiendo, yo espero que si, pues no me rindo en quedar en el primer lugar algún día.
No me estoy despidiendo jeje, solo quería comentarles mi situación, ya que siento que les debo todo a ustedes por el apoyo, son como mi familia.
