Process/Proceso

We started the sketch of our river nymph, I wanted to leave the clothes she has but we added a Christmas hat.

Iniciamos El boceto de nuestra ninfa del rio, quise dejar la ropa que tiene pero le agregamos un gorro de navidad.

Once finished we create the lineart, basically we draw everything again on a new layer and a different color, those who follow my drawings know that I like to add thin lines with 50% hardness.

Una vez terminado creamos el lineart, básicamente dibujamos todo nuevamente sobre una capa nueva y un color diferente, los que siguen mis dibujos saben que me gusta agregar lineas delgadas con dureza al 50%

Add the base color, this step is fun or very tedious, it all depends on how you want to see it. use colors similar to the reference but not so saturated ... lately I saw that saturated colors are very popular ... but well I'm still faithful to my style ... hehehe

Agregamos el color base, este paso es divertido o muy tedioso, todo depende de como quieras verlo. use colores similares al de la referencia pero no tan saturados... últimamente vi que son muy populares los colores saturados... pero bueno yo sigo fiel con mi estilo... jeje

So we have the base color, it's time to add lights and shadows.
We start with the background using a black and blue color combination, we also add some blurred lights that simulate Christmas lights.

Asi nos queda el color base, es momento de agregar luces y sombras.
Inicio por el fondo usando un color negro y azul combinado, también agregamos unas luces difuminadas que simulan las luces de navidad.

Well, I summarized a lot of work, because it took me a long time.
I added details, lights and shadows, in each part of the body I wanted to add several tones to achieve that blending effect.
In the clothes I used the fabric effect, and in other parts I used different brushes for some effects like the Christmas hat.

Bueno, resumí muchísimo trabajo, pues me llevo mucho tiempo.
Agregue detalles, luces y sombras, en cada parte del cuerpo quise agregar varios tonos para lograr ese efecto de mezclado.
En la ropa usé el efecto de tela, y en otras partes diferentes pinceles para algunos efectos como el del gorro de navidad.

Finally, here is our waifu ready for Christmas.
I really liked the depth in certain parts that I got.
