Earth Week Contest : Compost a great manure for plants
Greetings Hiveans!!!! Being in different parts of the universe, experiencing different weather and different time zone, one thing is common for sure. Its the beauty of Mother Earth.

But how far we take the initiative to protect it, is the question. As we see deforestation is in rise, resulting in the evacuation of animals from the forest to the busy city without fear. This is the present scenario, here, in my state.
There are too many ways to protect our environment. But it should begin from our home sweet home.
These are dried tea leaves and egg shells being collected for past 3 months
To make a good manure for your flowering plants, veggies and other beneficial plants - the three main ingredients are strained tea leaf, dried egg shells and onion peels. Mix all these with rice starch for excellent result. And pour them once in a week. The result is just unbelievable
From my garden
Let me brief you the importance of dry leaves from my garden, which we collectively pile them up at a corner of the garden. We don't burn them, instead collect them and secure them in a big plastic bag. The process to make them a good manure, is by spreading dry leaves in the first layer and then fresh green grass in the second layer, this process should be continued until the bag is full. Now close the bag by tying them tightly with a rope. The result- after 3 months you get the best manure for plants.
A mini biogas plant at my home
Last but not the least, is the accumulation of food waste. In a biogas style, we did this at our home last year and is an excellent result as manure for plants. Adding inoculum to this prcedure increases its fermenting possibilities.

Yay composting! Right on, I compost at home too. I use the compost tea (my setup is two buckets inside each other with holes, so liquid from the inside bucket where all the scraps go drips into the outer bucket) to feed my plants, and at the end I have a whole bucket of good compost. Biodegradeable things can release methane in a landfill, so it's very important to compost instead of putting in the trash!

Recycling dirt and turning it into manure. It seems like a win-win situation. I mean you get to keep your environment clean and at the same time you Nourish your plants with manure created from dirt you collected. Though this is my first time hearing of this but I Will Love to try it out.
