After this particular kidnapping they went on hiding, leaving no traces behind. After few days, as kidnapping for ransom was being their main target, they once again chartered a new plan. But no more inexperienced faces this time, they decided. And so Jack hired professionals.

They split in different groups and occupied themselves in several places. They targeted the school areas as children being their main target.

They came to the limelight with new plans. Most often around school areas we can see ice cream shops or snack shops which are always in demand by school students. So they arranged for a small ice cream Van. Initially, inorder to get close to the children they started selling ice creams along with free ice pops, which was all time favorite for students. This attracted more students.

The children who were regular in taking ice creams experienced physical difficulties at home. The main intention of the culprits was to get them addicted to the drugs mixed in the ice cream inorder to make them regular customers.
Slowly it came to the notice of few of the parents who secretly informed the police.

The police plotted the same plan as that of the criminals by introducing new stalls near the school premises. And they themselves ran the shop in the plainclothes leaving no doubts for the culprits. In two days time, the police nabbed the first culprit who eventually led to the other culprits occupied at other places.

This time Jack took the help of his friends rather than his wife and this helped in nabbing the whole team at the nook and corner of the town.
A strict action, through immediate and severe punishment, can reduce the intensity of such crimes occuring around the places.
