Splinterlands Art Contest Week 310: Blackmoor Wild Elf
This is my entry for the weekly Splinterlands contest found HERE
Here is the original card art:
I don't think that elf look particularly wild so I thought I'd make her much more Savage Lands.
Created in Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+. Here is the timelapse video:

And here is the step-by-step drawing process.
Step One: Rough draft. I use a 40 px pastel pencil to block out the rough shape
Step Two: Lineart. I used a thin G-pen and Black
Step Three: Hide the rough layer and lay down some rough and ugly color swaths
Step Four: Use Clip Studio's Colorize feature to spread all that ink around the page
Step Five: Clean up the colors in the figure and start painting in a rough background. Kind of impressionistic
Step Six: Add in some leopard spots. I downloaded a leopard spot brush in CSP. Reduced the opacity of the layer to 30% to make her clothes look faded
Step Seven: Sign it
Step Eight: Fame, Fortune! Strength and Honor!
Thanks for scrolling all the way to the end.
