I am really inspired by the fact that we only have one life and I have come to this point realizing that in some things I have been quite asleep. I always say that I don't like to regret the past but when I look back I see many things that I lost, and I don't regret it but now it makes me more aware of the moments that I have before me that are unique, especially when I am sharing with people. Now what inspires me the most is living my life, taking care of my body, being in the healthiest and most peaceful version that I can, without leaving aside the people and things that I love.

And I am very grateful that I am realizing this in time and not on my deathbed and with children that I did not know how to take advantage of.
