Why I Chose to be on Hive

Greetings to the dynamichivers community. I'm happy to have discovered this community and wanted to share for my very first post, the reason I chose to be on the Hive Blockchain.

Before I get into the blog, I would like to commend the team that started this awesome community on Hive, @dynamicsteemians.

It's been about 2 months since I got on the Hive Blockchain or platform and I have to say it's been a truly productive month as a blogger on Hive.

The Hive token in my opinion is the best cryptocurrency token in the world.

Now that's not because it's the most valuable cryptocurrency because we all know it's not, but rather because it's one of the very few cryptocurrency tokens that has a social media platform called Hive built on top of it with a number of DAPPs as well.

In today's blog, I'll share with everyone, what made me choose the Hive Blockchain and why I didn't give up on becoming a Hiver.

HIVE IS BUILT ON TOP OF THE HIVE BLOCKCHAIN

I have been a huge fan of Cryptocurrency ever since I heard about it and had some friends of mine explain it to me.

I got super interested in cryptocurrency for the same reason as most people did, its potential to make me financially successful.

To be honest, financial success was my primary motivation for starting my crypto journey. However, after some time researching on the concept and testing some popular ways of earning crypto, I realized a painful truth.

Cryptocurrency trading was one of the riskiest things to do.

Cryptocurrency is so volatile that it would take heavy level expertise and experience to be successful in that industry. I read and heard a lot about how people made so much money trading cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin and also how people lost a lot of money trading the same cryptocurrency.

This got me very concerned and sceptical about going into Cryptocurrency trading.

So I decided to search for another way to earn cryptocurrency without the risky trading part. I managed to find one option which was rather a sad option.

There were websites called "Faucet sites" which were sites dedicated to rewarding its users with all types of cryptocurrency in exchange for performing some task for them.

These sites generated money by showing a disturbing amount of ads to their users while they performed those tasks. However these sites paid little to no amount for hours of work and viewing ads. So I knew I was not going to be productive with that.

I continued researching on other ways to earn cryptocurrency without risking my hard earned money.

I was indeed grateful to stumble on some videos on YouTube that introduced me to the world of Hive.

The videos were themed "ways of earning cryptocurrency by posting" . I was completely astonished to find out that it was actually possible to do the things we already do a lot of which is posting on social media platforms and still be able to earn cryptocurrency by doing that.

I immediately started researching deeper into the concept and found my way to Hive. Well to be honest I discovered Steemit before Hive but I preferred Hive over Steemit.

Hive has made their platform very easy for beginners to understand the concept. They have implemented communities where new users can get the chance to join communities that are built for their interests and likes.

By joining these communities, sharing and connecting, you can easily grow your presence there. I joined so many communities because I had so many interests. It's truly been an exciting and remarkable journey on Hive and its only been two months. I can't help but be very joyful of the future of Hive and my blogging career.

I personally love being on the Hive Blockchain a lot.

I prefer it to other social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter because you can do almost the same things you do on Instagram on Hive and get rewarded for it.

The curation feature is also a brilliant feature. It rewards you for liking posts. In all your years liking Facebook posts, have you ever earned amy rewards from it? 🤔😂

Well my favorite thing is the P2E games on like Splinterlands, Terracore and Wrestling Organization Online.

Hive truly is the pinnacle of social media of the future.
