Steps in the Process of Creating My Artwork: Possessed Puppet
Here are the steps I followed to create my watercolor painting of Possessed Puppet :

Gather Your Materials like...

1.Watercolor paper
2.Watercolor paints
3.Brushes (small and medium-sized)
4.Water cup
5.Paper towel
6.Pencil for sketching

Lightly sketch the outline of your hand using a pencil.
Observe the proportions and details like fingers, knuckles, and palm creases.

Mix a light skin tone using red, yellow, and a bit of blue. Use plenty of water for a smooth wash and apply it evenly over the hand. Let the layer dry completely before adding more details.

Identify light and shadow areas based on the light source. Mix a slightly darker tone (add more red or blue) and apply it to shadowed areas like under the fingers and knuckles. Blend softly using a damp brush to create smooth transitions.

Use a thinner brush to define wrinkles, knuckles, and veins with subtle darker tones. Add pink or red to areas like fingertips and palm creases to make the hand more realistic.

Final Touches
Adjust highlights by lifting color with a clean, damp brush. Add any necessary contrast by darkening shadows for depth. Let the painting dry completely before making final refinements.
