#MONOMAD Challenge, The Best Wedding Ever, wedding on the farm
#monomad challenge
Not to be bias but I honestly can't say I have been to a better wedding in my life. Last September my daughter was married on the farm. The event was planned a year in advance and crept up in what felt like a day. Her holy grail of friends shared in the creation of signs, painting, planning and just plain having the best days friends could have.
The guests came from all across Canada and both of my daughters are living in other provinces. I was a single dad raising them and we communicate daily. They are truly what drive me.
The weather was amazing for the time of year with a light rain during the dinner and speaches. My newly wed daughter brought her dog out and it took a bit for mine to get used to some other dog sharing the 40 acres but after a few hours they were best of beasts together.
Working in the film and music industry, my daughter had her own force of entertainment and all of the tables were named after her favourite bands. My wife and I of course were at the Pink Floyd table.
Having had several events on the acreage this by far was the closest to my heart and the best day one could ever hope for.
