Dear friends here I come with my participation in the new initiative of the team about the good and bad of Hive.

First of all don't be afraid to say or name the bad things you see about our blockchain although for me the bad things are not bad they are just points of view that can help to correct and make our blockchain bigger and better.

I think we can talk about the bad because we all know a lot about the good, but the bad is different for everyone.

We must always see the bad in the good and the good in the bad, to talk about the bad from my point of view I will cite a few things.

The first is the lack of investors or lack of HP retention.

This is with the intention of getting more remuneration from publications globally and not always the lucky ones.

If we all take the sense of belonging to the HP as it should many should already be dolphins and orcas and as we saw earlier this year with the community of @holozing community becomes whale, this example taken to many communities would be much more active healing.

We also saw how @liketu and @leofinance with their investment have managed to position their dapp which represents an invitation to many investors to follow the model.

As number 2 I want to mention the @3speak system.

@3speak has many advantages that help the creator a lot, such as being able to monetize from day one and without followers but it needs to be much more enjoyable and another thing that would help a lot is to find a way to reward the creator for accumulated views after 7 days because once the publication expires all that is forgotten and is the best factor that keeps the web 2.0 platforms.

And last but not least would be to update the reward app so that it must be requested under a solid argument of why to use it so it would reduce its indiscriminate use.

These are just my views, I know we are living in times of sensitive minds and many will not like it but as I say it is my opinion.

In the coming days I will talk about the good things that are many and should also be mentioned and praised.

Queridos amigos por aquí vengo con mi participación en la nueva iniciativa del equipo sobre lo bueno y lo malo de Hive.

Primero que nada no tengan miedo de decir o nombrar lo malo que ven de nuestra blockchain aunque para mí lo malo no es malo solo son puntos de vista que pueden ayudar a corregir y hacer más grande y mejor nuestra blockchain.

Pienso que podemos hablar de lo malo ya que de lo bueno todos sabemos bastante, en cambio de lo malo es diferente para cada quien.

Siempre debemos ver lo malo en lo bueno y lo bueno en lo malo, para hablar de lo malo desde mi punto de vista citaré algunas cosas.

La primera es la falta de inversionistas o la falta de retención de HP.

Esto es con la intención de que se consiga más remuneración de las publicaciones a nivel global y no siempre sea unos afortunados.

Si todos le tomamos el sentido de pertenencia al HP como se debe muchos ya deberíamos ser delfines y orcas y como lo vimos a principio de año con la comunidad de @holozing la comunidad se vuelve ballena, este ejemplo llevado a muchas comunidades sería mucho más activa la curación.

Cómo número 2 quiero citar al sistema de @3speak.

@3speak tiene muchas ventajas que le ayudan al creador muchísimo, como poder monetizar desde el día uno y sin seguidores pero le falta se mucho más ameno y otra cosa que ayudaría muchísimo es conseguir la manera de poder recompensar al creador por vistas acumuladas luego de los 7 días ya que una vez vencida la publicación todo eso queda en el olvido y es el mejor factor que mantiene a las plataformas de web 2.0.

Y por último y menos importante sería actualizar el reward app para que se deba solicitar bajo un argumento sólido del porque utilizarlo así se reduciría su uso indiscriminado.

Estos son solo mis puntos de vistas se que estamos viviendo tiempos de mentes sensibles y para muchos no les gustará pero como digo es mi opinión.

En los próximos días hablaré de las cosas buenas que estás si son muchas y también deben ser mencionadas y elogiadas.
