The card chosen for another occasion is none other than River Nymph. While researching the card's lore on the Splinterlands wiki, which I recommend reading to understand more about the universe because it is filled with interesting facts, I found this: "River Nymphs inhabit the rivers of the Splinterlands. Shy and reclusive, they usually remain hidden beneath the water's surface. However, they have a strong respect for life, and they have been known to aid those in need. Without a doubt, my favorite Splinterlands cards are those that depict nymphs and fairies. I especially like them because they are very beautiful, they look very magical and special, with unique designs. In particular, River Nymph has a beautiful design in blue tones because of its aquatic element, and I really like its pointy ears and ethereal aura.

Sin dudas, mis cartas favoritas de Splinterlands son las que representan ninfas y hadas. Me gustan en especial porque son muy lindas, se ven muy mágicas y especiales, con diseños únicos. En especial, River Nymph tiene un hermoso diseño en tonos azules por su elemento acuático, y me gustan mucho sus orejas puntiagudas y su aire etéreo.

For my drawing, I wanted to try a new, more stylized and handcrafted style than what I usually do. Instead of using solid brushes, I opted for textures that went from the sketch to the line art and filling. To give a touch of charm to the light filtering into the depths where our nymph sees us, I added a gradient blue layer and extracted some lights from it.

Para mi dibujo, quise probar un nuevo estilo más estilizado y artesanal que lo que hago de costumbre. En lugar de usar pinceles sólidos, me decanté por texturas, que salieron del boceto al line art y relleno. Para dar un toque de encanto a la luz filtrándose en las profundidades donde nuestra ninfa nos ve, añadí una capa de degradado azul y extraje de ella un poco de luces.
