Yesterday September 4, 2023 I was walking in a hurry along an important avenue in the center of the city, I had just left a business center where I wanted to take some pictures to make a post of architecture and I asked permission to the security manager, he gave me a resounding no, somewhat disappointed I went out reflecting on this fact, I thought how silly I was if I had entered and taken the pictures no one would have noticed or maybe they would have said nothing, but as I always try to do things as they should ask permission was the right thing to do.

In a hurry and immersed in my thoughts, I continued along the sidewalk until I looked up and stopped, I had to do it to look at the sky, the funny thing is that I could not see the clouds or a clear sky, since I could only see the branches of a beautiful tree that covered the entire sidewalk and part of the avenue, its shadow was huge and although I had passed a thousand times by the same place I had never seen the great splendor of this tree, how much beauty there was before my eyes.

I felt that I was breathing, I let go of the weight with which I was walking and took out my cell phone to take these pictures, I wanted to take a shot of the whole tree, but it was impossible, I observed the strength of its roots that lifted the sidewalk and all the extension that it covered, after a few minutes when I was about to continue, an elderly man was an old man of about 80 years, he asked me, do you like the tree? To which I answered yes, nodding my head, he continued and told me that it is wonderful, every time I pass by here I stop, I can not pass without stopping to see it for a while.

And I finish by saying, it is a pleasure to see that another person appreciates its beauty. We said goodbye, we were both strangers, but it was a pleasant encounter, he was surprised that I was taking pictures of that tree and I was astonished that he was watching me.

When I got home I looked at the photos and I don't know why, I felt that they would not be useful to make a post so I deleted them, but this morning I found out that @phortun makes a very entertaining contest of nature and life and although they are in the 184th round I had not noticed, that's what happens in our lives, we live so accelerated that we miss some opportunities, then for my luck the photos were still in the trash garbage can of my cell phone, I rescued them and it is in my entry to your contest thanks @phortun, I invite you to participate the rules are simple and sure you will spend a nice time watching the other participations.

It is also appropriate to mention that this is my first publication in this community, I did not know how to start telling my life experience, here I plan to share something curious and different that happens to me during the day, I hope my images and the story that surround them are to your liking.

Apreciando la belleza de la naturaleza

Ayer 04 de septiembre del 2023 caminaba apurada por una avenida importante del centro de la ciudad, acaba de salir de un centro empresarial del que quería tomar algunas fotografías para hacer un post de arquitectura y pedí permiso al encargado de la seguridad, me dio un No rotundo, algo decepcionada salí reflexionando por este hecho, pensé que tonta fui si hubiera entrado y sacado las fotos nadie se fuera dando cuanta o tal vez si y alomejor no me hubieran dicho nada, pero como siempre procuro hacer las cosas como se deben pedir permiso era lo correcto.

Apurada e inmersa en mis pensamientos, seguí por la acera hasta que alce mi mirada y me detuve, tuve que hacerlo para mirar hacia el cielo, lo curioso es que no podía ver las nubes ni un cielo despejado, ya que solo se veía las ramas de un hermoso árbol que cubría toda la acera y parte de la avenida, su sombra era enorme y aunque había pasado mil de veces por el mismo lugar nunca había observado el gran esplendor de este árbol, cuanta belleza había ante mis ojos.

Sentí que respire, solté el peso con el que andaba y saque mi celular para tomar estas fotos, quise hacer una toma de todo el árbol, pero era imposible, observe la fuerza de sus raíces que levantaban la acera y toda la extensión que cubría, después de unos breves minutos cuando ya iba a seguir, un señor mayor era un anciano de unos 80 años, me pregunto ¿te gusto el árbol? En lo que respondí que si acentuando con la cabeza, él prosiguió y me dijo verdad que es maravilloso, cada vez que paso por aquí me detengo, no puedo pasar sin detenerme a verle un rato.

Y finalizo diciendo, es un gusto ver que otra persona aprecia su belleza. Nos despedimos, ambos éramos desconocidos, pero fue un agradable encuentro, a él le sorprendió que yo estuviera tomando fotos a ese árbol y a mí me sorprendió que me estuviera observando.

Cuando llegue a casa mire las fotos y no sé por qué, sentí que no me servirían para hacer una post y las elimine, pero esta mañana me entere de que @phortun hace un concurso muy entretenido de naturaleza y vida y aunque están en la ronda número 184 no me había dado cuenta, eso es lo que pasa en nuestras vidas, vivimos tan acelerados que perdemos algunas oportunidades, entonces para mi suerte las fotos seguían en la papelera de mi celular, las rescate y está en mi entrada a su concurso gracias @phortun , les invito a participar las reglas son sencillas y seguro pasarás un rato agradable viendo las demás participaciones.

También es oportuno mencionar que esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, no sabía como empezar a contar mi experiencia de vida, por aquí pienso compartir alguna cosa curiosa y diferente que me pase durante el día, espero que mis imágenes y la historia que las envuelven sean de tu agrado.
