Hello to all the ladies in this community! I almost missed out on participating in the contest😅 I like having material to talk about in my posts, although sometimes it's hard for me to decide what to write about first, without leaving anything out of the list 😆 As soon as I read the two questions posed, I decided to participate, since Hive has become an important part of my life and to this day, I write with great enthusiasm and hope for the future 😊

✨🐝 How did you hear about Hive blockchain and what made you join? ✨🐝

I like to think that the way I found out about Hive was like a “revelation.” I had acquired a passion for creating things many years ago, and in my twenties, I became obsessed with trying to make everything I saw. So, when I came across a tutorial for something or a thing I liked, instead of saying “I want to buy it,” my attitude was always “I want to make it,” whether it was a piece of clothing or even recycling materials to create the desired item in a more personal way.

Unfortunately, during that time of “excessive creation,” I had nowhere or how to show the process of making my things, so, although I sometimes took pictures of the processes, I always ended up deleting the material to free up space on my camera. Some of these things I made, I gave away or sold, but many of the others, I still couldn’t show until someone came to my house and used it as a conversation topic.

My creative spirit led me to end up working for someone in something I really liked and even though I had some freedom to create designs, everything was done in "anonymity", so no one knew that what filled the shelves of that store was made and manufactured by me. I was satisfied with some words from my boss regarding the reaction of the clients when they acquired the products and orders.

Until I had to step away from the business for a while and when I returned to it, the team had grown, since one person was not enough (I'm still surprised by the number of pieces I could put out a week by myself and now, nothing to do with it 😅). I was a bit self-conscious, because I was used to a solitary environment, but even so, I tried to fit in with my new colleagues... That's when I met @yetsimar, who was one of the most talented in the place and on one occasion, she told us about the platform, even though she was already part of it.

I am quite analytical and my reasoning has always led me to avoid businesses where I can perceive losses, so when I heard about a site where you could make a profit simply by generating the content of your choice, it seemed like a magic formula. I have a lot to talk about! I thought about that and since you didn't have to invest more than your time and creativity, I decided to try it.

My friend Yetsi was a very good teacher, teaching me everything I needed to understand the environment and thanks to my programming and writing skills, the rest came on its own. Also, I did my best to not only learn very well what she taught me, but also research new things to be able to give back to her, as well as encourage each other. Having a space where we can communicate and not only earn, but also help others to obtain their own profits, seemed and continues to seem wonderful to me. Who doesn't fall in love with an opportunity like that?

✨🐝 What is the best about Hive? ✨🐝

I think the best thing about Hive, aside from the possibility of generating income, is the Freedom that you have when it comes to generating that income. That is, we are free to choose the topic on which we want to focus our blog and in my case, as I am a person who likes to do many things at the same time, simply taking it as a personal blog about my progress and growth, both artistic and personal, makes it wonderful.

I have worked in the past doing routine tasks or on projects where things must be done in a certain way, without any changes. I think that this way of working is not only limiting, but also exhausting. At Hive, if you love to write and create, you will never get bored or at least, I don't have the opportunity to get bored haha.

Thanks to that, we can see such varied and interesting content and even if we talk about the same topic, we will always find different messages and great creations. Having the freedom to share with others what we are and how that is forged, is what fascinates me most about this platform, that is why my motivation to belong here remains day after day 😊🐝

¡Hola a todas las mujeres de ésta comunidad! Por poco se me pasa participar en el concurso😅 me gusta tener material para poder hablar en mis posts, aunque a veces se me hace difícil el decidir qué escribir primero, sin que nada quede fuera de la lista 😆 En cuanto leí las dos preguntas planteadas, me animé en participar, ya que Hive se ha convertido en una parte importante en mi vida y hasta el día de hoy, escribo con mucho entusiasmo y esperanzas en el futuro 😊

✨🐝 ¿Cómo se enteró de la cadena de bloques de Hive y qué le hizo unirse a ella? ✨🐝

Me gusta pensar que la forma en que conocí Hive fue como una "revelación". Desde hace muchos años atrás, había adquirido el afán por crear cosas y estando en la veintena, me volví obsesiva a tratar de fabricar toda cosa que viera. Así que, cuando me hallaba con un tutorial de algo o una cosa que me gustaba, en lugar de decir "quiero comprarlo", siempre mi actitud era "quiero hacerlo", ya fuera alguna prenda de ropa o inclusive, reciclando materiales para crear el artículo deseado de forma más personal.

Lamentablemente, durante ese tiempo de "creación excesiva", no tenía donde ni cómo mostrar el proceso de elaboración de mis cosas, así que, aunque a veces tomaba fotografías de los procesos, siempre acababa borrando el material para liberar el espacio de mi cámara. Algunas de estas cosas que hacía, las regalaba o vendía, pero muchas de las otras, seguía sin poder mostrarlas hasta que alguien venía a casa y lo usaba de tema de conversación.

Mi espíritu creativo, le llevó a terminar trabajando para alguien en algo que me gustaba mucho y a pesar de que tenía cierta libertad para crear diseños, todo era elaborado en "anonimato", así que nadie sabía que lo que llenaba los anaqueles de esa tienda, era confeccionado y fabricado por mí. Llegando a estar satisfecha con algunas palabras de mi jefe con respecto a la reacción de los clientes cuando adquirían los productos y encargos.

Hasta que tuve que alejarme del negocio durante un tiempo y cuando volví al mismo, el equipo había crecido, ya que con una sola persona no era suficiente (aún me sorprende la cantidad de piezas que podía sacar a la semana yo sola y actualmente, nada que ver 😅). Estaba algo cohibida, porque estaba acostumbrada a un entorno solitario, pero aún así, intenté encajar con mis nuevas compañeras... Fue ahí cuando conocí a @yetsimar, quién era una de las más talentosas del lugar y en una oportunidad, nos habló a nosotras sobre la plataforma, siendo que ella, ya formaba parte.

Soy bastante analítica y mi razonamiento siempre me ha llevado a evitar negocios en donde pueda percibir perdidas, así que al escuchar sobre un sitio en donde se pudiera obtener ganancias simplemente generando el contenido de nuestra preferencia, parecía como una fórmula mágica ¡Yo tengo mucho de que hablar! Pensé en eso y dado que no había que invertir más que nuestro tiempo y creatividad, me animé a intentarlo.

Mi amiga Yetsi fue una muy buena maestra al enseñarme todo lo necesario para que pudiera comprender el entorno y gracias a mis habilidades en programación y escritura, lo demás vino por cuenta propia. También, hice lo posible por no sólo aprender muy bien lo que ella me enseñaba, sino que también investigaba cosas nuevas para poder retribuirle, así como animarnos entre nosotras. Tener un espacio en donde poder comunicarse y no sólo ganar, sino ayudar también a otros a obtener sus propias ganancias, me pareció y sigue pareciendo maravilloso ¿Quién no se enamora de una oportunidad así?

✨🐝 ¿Qué es lo mejor de Hive? ✨🐝

Pienso que lo mejor de Hive, aparte de la posibilidad de poder generar ingresos, es la Libertad que se tiene a la hora de generar esos ingresos. Es decir, nosotros somos libres de escoger el tema en el cual deseemos enfocar nuestro blog y en mi caso, que soy una persona que me gusta hacer muchas cosas al mismo tiempo, simplemente tomarlo como un blog personal sobre mi avance y crecimiento, tanto artístico como personal, lo hace maravilloso.

He trabajado en el pasado haciendo tareas rutinarias o en proyectos en donde se deben elaborar las cosas de cierta forma, sin ningún cambio. Pienso que ese modo de trabajo no sólo es limitante, sino también desgastante. En Hive, si amas escribir y crear, nunca te aburrirás o al menos, yo no tengo la oportunidad de aburrirme jaja.

Gracias a eso, podemos ver contenidos tan variados e interesantes y aunque hablemos del mismo tema, siempre hallaremos mensajes distintos y creaciones grandiosas. Tener la libertad de compartir con otros lo que somos y cómo eso se forja, es de lo que más me fascina de ésta plataforma, por eso, mi motivación para pertenecer aquí, permanece día con día 😊🐝
