Hello all collage lovers! With great excitement I join the return of this dynamic contest in its round 182 and for my participation, I bring a somewhat bizarre and colorful collage, with a background meaning.

Once the base image for the contest was shown, I spent a while deliberating on what I could do to make it more colorful and eye-catching. The open space, I don't know why, made me think of those abandoned fields where they say there are UFO sightings and since that topic is one of the trending ones, I wanted to use it. Reviewing the gallery, I found the images that I thought would help me shape my concept, which at the beginning was abduction. I placed them in place and edited them a bit, distorting the shapes and changing the colors.

Then, I was in charge of making an outline around the entire drawing, as well as making certain details to try to represent some of the vices or dependency of the human being, such as: Work, food and pleasure. In this way, the humanoid figures of the collage are being sucked in by the object of their dependence. I don't know, that's what I thought while I was making the illustration hehe

Making this collage was quite calming. The last few weeks have been quite chaotic for me and I was a little stressed, so I felt like I was having a hard time concentrating on my things. So when I sat down to work on the collage, I was able to abstract myself from my surroundings and focus on the illustration to the point where I felt like I finished it without too many complications. Without a doubt, making collages is a perfect task if you want some time to relax. By the way, the programs used to create this illustration were PHOTOSHOP, LINE CAMERA AND VAPORWARE.

¡Hola a todos los amantes de los collages! Con mucha emoción me sumo al retorno de éste dinámico concurso en su ronda 182 y para mi participación, traigo un collage algo bizarro y colorido, con un significado de trasfondo.

Una vez que la imagen base para el concurso fue mostrada, estuve un rato deliberando en qué podía hacer para que fuese más colorida y llamativa. El espacio abierto, no sé porqué me hizo pensar en esos campos abandonados en los que se dicen, hay avistamientos de ovnis y dado que ese tema es uno de los que está en tendencia, quise utilizarlo. Revisando en la galería, me hallé con las imágenes que me parecieron que me servirían para darle forma a mi concepto, el cual al principio, era la abducción. Las ubiqué en su sitio y las edité un poco, distorsionando las formas y cambiando los colores.

Luego, me encargué de hacer un delineado alrededor de todo el dibujo, así como realizar ciertos detalles para tratar de representar algunos de los vicios o dependencia del ser humano, como lo son: El trabajo, la comida y el placer. De éste modo, las figuras humanoides del collage están siendo succionadas por el objeto de su dependencia. No sé, eso fue lo que pensé mientras realizaba la ilustración je je

Realizar éste collage fue bastante tranquilizante. Las últimas semanas han sido bastante caóticas para mí y estaba algo estresada, por lo que sentía que me costaba concentrarme en mis cosas. Por lo que, cuando me senté a trabajar en el collage, pude abstraerme de mi alrededor y concentrarme en la ilustración hasta el punto de que sentí que la terminé sin muchas complicaciones. Sin duda, hacer collages es una labor perfecta si se desea un rato para relajarse. Por cierto, los programas utilizados para la realización de ésta ilustración fueron PHOTOSHOP, LINE CAMERA Y VAPORWARE.
