CONTENIDO EN ESPAÑOL

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad y amantes de la escritura creativa! Admito que la fotografía de ésta semana para el concurso me pareció un desafío, porque por más que la veía, no tenía ni idea de qué escribiría, pero como siempre, eso no me detuvo 😌

Siempre será sorprendente la capacidad que tiene el ser humano para crear edificaciones increíbles. Muchos de nosotros hemos tenido la oportunidad de presenciar labores de remodelación y construcción, ya sea cuando en nuestras propias casas se buscaba de hacer una mejora o algo de ese estilo, pero cuando se trata de construcción a gran escala, me imagino que no seré la única que luego de ver maquinaria "pesada" funcionando en algún proyecto, me detengo a preguntarme qué será lo que están construyendo.

Hace unos años, cuando tenía que ir a mi trabajo en un taller de costura, tenía que pasar cerca de la construcción de un hospital. Cuando llegaba a esa parte de mi ruta, siempre dirigía la vista hacía esa dirección para ver a los hombres trabajar y las extravagantes máquinas en funcionamiento; me gustaba darme cuenta de los avances a medida que avanzaba el tiempo. No sé si ya harán terminado la obra, puesto que el tiempo estimado era de unos tres años si no me equivoco y esos años, ya han pasado.

Aunque también, es habitual que algunos proyectos no sean terminados, por diferentes circunstancias o en casos extremos, acaben siendo abandonados al terminarse. En la ciudad en la que vivía el año pasado, habían tantas edificaciones a medias, que era raro cuando terminaban algo, ahora que me encuentro en la capital y veo las maquinarias, vuelvo a sumergirme en esa incógnita de lo que llegará a ser una vez que esté culminado.

Pero creo que lo que más me gusta de las construcciones, son los planos y maquetas. Poder ver cómo inició todo, ya sea en papel o en un modelo a escala, es increíble ✨

Hello to all the members of this community and lovers of creative writing! I admit that this week's photography for the contest seemed like a challenge to me, because even though it was I saw it, I had no idea what I was going to write about, but as always, that didn't stop me 😌

The capacity that human beings have to create incredible buildings will always be surprising. Many of us have had the opportunity to witness remodeling and construction work, whether in our own homes we were looking to make an improvement or something of that nature, but when it comes to large-scale construction, I imagine that I will not be the The only thing that after seeing "heavy" machinery working on a project, I stop to wonder what they are building.

A few years ago, when I had to go to my job in a sewing workshop, I had to pass near the construction of a hospital. When I reached that part of my route, I always looked in that direction to see the men at work and the extravagant machines in operation; I liked to notice the progress as time progressed. I don't know if they will have finished the work, since the estimated time was about three years if I'm not mistaken and those years have already passed.

Although it is also common that some projects are not completed, due to different circumstances or in extreme cases, they end up being abandoned upon completion. In the city where I lived last year, there were so many half-finished buildings, that it was strange when they finished something, now that I am in the capital and see the machinery, I once again immerse myself in that mystery of what it will become once that it is completed.

But I think what I like most about constructions are the plans and models. Being able to see how it all started, whether on paper or in a scale model, is incredible ✨
