¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad y amantes de la escritura creativa! Una vez más me uno a participar en el concurso , completamente tentada 🤤

Estoy segura de que luego de ver la fotografía, muchos quedaron con la boca hecha agua, completamente antojados de poder probar un poco de esa deliciosa torta de chocolate y para mi buena fortuna, en el momento en que escribo estas palabras, mi madre me había obsequiado un pedacito de torta de chocolate que le regalaron hoy. A pesar de que estaba deliciosa, puedo asegurar que la torta de chocolate que hace mi madre, es mejor.

Mi madre ha hecho muchos cursos a lo largo de los años y entre esos, está el de repostería, gracias a ellos, nosotros sus hijos, pudimos comer bastantes tortas. Pero la "receta definitiva" de la torta de chocolate que hace mi madre, no la aprendió en los cursos de repostería que hizo, sino gracias a una de sus amigas. Siguiendo la receta de la torta de chocolate, la misma queda como si fuese un brownie, suave y húmedo.

Es tan deliciosa esa torta, que cada vez que alguno de mis hermanos cumple años, siempre piden la de chocolate y ahora que mi madre está vendiendo de vez en cuando pequeñas tortas, ese sabor es el que siempre se vende primero.

En mi caso, nunca he hecho como tal una torta, pero al pensar en los brownies, recordé exactamente un cumpleaños en el que estaba viviendo fuera de casa y mis jefes de ese entonces, me cantaron cumpleaños con un brownie, colocándole una pequeña vela de cumpleaños. Fue un gesto bastante lindo y recuerdo que el sabor del brownie era bastante bueno.

A mi novio le gusta mucho el chocolate y me gustaría en un futuro, poder hacerle una torta de chocolate especialmente para él. Pienso que sería un regalo que le gustaría muchísimo.

I am sure that after seeing the photograph, many were left with their mouths watering, completely craving to be able to try a little of that delicious chocolate cake and to my good fortune, at the time I write these words, my mother had gifted a little piece of chocolate cake that was given to him today. Although it was delicious, I can assure you that the chocolate cake my mother makes is better.

My mother has taken many courses over the years and among those is baking, thanks to them, we, her children, were able to eat quite a few cakes. But the "definitive recipe" for the chocolate cake that my mother makes, she did not learn in the baking courses she took, but thanks to one of her friends. Following the chocolate cake recipe, it turns out like a brownie, soft and moist.

That cake is so delicious that every time one of my brothers has a birthday, they always ask for the chocolate one and now that my mother is selling small cakes from time to time, that flavor is the one that always sells first.

In my case, I have never made a cake as such, but when thinking about brownies, I remembered exactly a birthday when I was living away from home and my bosses at that time sang me birthday with a brownie, placing a small candle on it. birthday. It was a pretty nice gesture and I remember the brownie tasted pretty good.

My boyfriend really likes chocolate and I would like to make a chocolate cake especially for him in the future. I think it would be a gift that he would really like.
