¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad y amantes de la escritura creativa! Una vez más me uno al concurso, pensando que no iba a tener mucho qué escribir y cuando me di cuenta, ya me había inspirado lo suficiente 😆

Creo que muchos de nosotros en Latinoamérica habremos comido de éste tipo de helados. De donde yo vengo, se le conocen como "tetas" y siempre fueron de las opciones más económicas a la hora de comer helados, pero eso no significa que hayan sido menos deliciosas que los helados más costosos. Aunque, como todo, eso depende de quienes las fabrique.

Básicamente se trata del contenido que se quiere refrigerar, congelado en una bolsa plástica. Así que si deseas hacer tus propios helados en casa, puedes optar por éste método tan particular. Hay quienes los elaboran a partir de jugos naturales, sin embargo, ésta opción requiere de que el jugo quede bastante concentrado, porque no hay más malo que un helado de estos que al final, sólo se vuelva un trozo de hielo que acabas tirando a la basura.

Pero sin duda, los mejores helados fabricados así son los "cremosos", ya que en su elaboración le colocan leche o/y una composición especial que le colocan a los helados (nunca he hecho, pero mi madre si llegó a hacer). Esto hace que el delicioso sabor del helado se mantenga desde el inicio hasta la última gota.

En la actualidad, tengo mucho tiempo sin comer estos helados. La última vez fue durante una visita a casa de mi novio y como esa ciudad es bastante calurosa, compraron algunos de estos helados a una vecina, para refrescarnos... Fueron del primer tipo que les mencioné, de los frutales y no estaban tan buenos, porque en efecto, llegaba un punto en que sólo estabas chupando un hielo sin sabor jaja fue decepcionante.

Antes de eso, hace unos años atrás, tuve la oportunidad de probar unos deliciosos helados de los cremosos, que elaboraban en el pueblo en donde vivía. La señora trabajaba la repostería y tenía en su casa su propio negocio de elaboración de tortas, galletas y demás postres, entre ellos, se hallaban las tetas cremosas de distintos sabores. Era difícil escoger porque todos eran deliciosos, pero había un sabor en particular que se acababa de inmediato: Torta. El helado de torta, la señora lo fabricaba colocándole trocitos de las tortas que le sobraran durante la decoración y era el más divino de todos, porque la combinación de torta y helado, era sublime. Un ingenio de su parte 😉

Ahora que he recordado la existencia de éste tipo de helados (porque la verdad, no me acordaba de ellos, siendo que en donde vivo, no los he visto 😆), veré si me animo a hacer mis propios helados caseros. Deséenme suerte para que no acaben siendo un trozo de hielo sin sabor jaja ✨

Hello to all the members of this community and lovers of creative writing! Once again I join the contest, thinking that I wasn't going to have much to write and when I realized, I had already been inspired enough 😆

I think that many of us in Latin America have eaten this type of ice cream. Where I come from, they are known as "tetas" and they have always been one of the cheapest options when it comes to eating ice cream, but that doesn't mean that they have been less delicious than the most expensive ice creams. Although, like everything, that depends on who makes them.

Basically, it is the content that you want to refrigerate, frozen in a plastic bag. So if you want to make your own ice cream at home, you can opt for this particular method. There are those who make it from natural juices, however, this option requires that the juice be quite concentrated, because there is nothing worse than an ice cream like this that in the end, only becomes a piece of ice that you end up throwing away.

But without a doubt, the best ice creams made this way are the "creamy" ones, since in their preparation they add milk or/and a special composition that they put in the ice cream (I have never made it, but my mother did make it). This makes the delicious flavor of the ice cream stay from the beginning to the last drop.

Nowadays, I have not eaten this ice cream for a long time. The last time was during a visit to my boyfriend's house and since that city is quite hot, they bought some of these ice creams from a neighbor, to cool us down... They were the first type that I mentioned, the fruity ones, and they were not that good, because in fact, there came a point where you were just sucking on flavorless ice haha ​​it was disappointing.

Before that, a few years ago, I had the opportunity to try some delicious creamy ice creams, which were made in the town where I lived. The lady worked in baking and had her own business at home making cakes, cookies and other desserts, including creamy tits of different flavors. It was difficult to choose because they were all delicious, but there was one flavor in particular that sold out immediately: Cake. The cake ice cream, the lady made it by adding pieces of the cakes she had left over during the decoration and it was the most divine of all, because the combination of cake and ice cream was sublime. An ingenuity on her part 😉

Now that I have remembered the existence of this type of ice cream (because the truth is, I didn't remember them, since where I live, I haven't seen them 😆), I will see if I dare to make my own homemade ice creams. Wish me luck so that they don't end up being a piece of flavorless ice haha ​​✨
