LOH #220: Enjoying A Healthy Way Of Eating

Hope you all enjoyed your week Ladies🥰💕.

What a beautiful topics we have for this week brought to us by dear @merit.ahama. Questions so important to help us know if we are eating right or not. And I however so attracted to the first question:

1️⃣What are you eating habits like? Do you have favorite self-care recipes ? And do you tend to eat whatever you crave for?

Honestly if we want to feel rich and healthy, we must at all times watch what we eat because eating healthy does not cost 💲 us much rather, it makes us stay rich in good health saving us cost and keeping us on budget. This is one thing I have always have in mind and have continued to practice for years now.

The best things we could ever do to ourselves as ladies are making sure to prioritize our health and keeping in mind that age is just a number. And doing these things require our mindset. Mindset is the only objective to achieving a healthy lifestyle even when we are not rich.

I love ❤️ the way I take care of my eating habits through self care which has enabled me stay on a good weight. This means I keep routine on what I eat at all times, mostly my favorite recipes I have enjoyed for years now.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I always make sure to have one which is usually my black tea ☕️and on a cheat day will add some cream. A cup of black tea is my first to start the day because I feel so smart with it, and it helps me stay in check. Eating something heavy during the morning time as breakfast 🍳🥞is always a drag. It does not really suit the system and worst for those who seats while working.

Although due to the line of job I do, I need to stay smart , so when am not having my cup of black tea ☕️, I make sure to plan some brunch which could either be some blend of fruit 🍉🍎🍌smoothie or baked vegetable pies 🥧 that I will have while on the field working. These routines I have maintained for years because I found out its helping me with healthy lifestyle.

Lunch 🥙 is what I tried avoiding most times if I had brunch of smoothie that helps keep me going but I love ❤️ to eat early dinner with family and usually heavy to sustain my energy for the next day. Dinner is one meal I love which I see as meals I derived joy from and must contain vegetables.

Craving for foods are not bad but eating whatever we craved is the mistake we make since most times they are foods that are not nourishing or healthy. I could crave for a particular food once in a while but will make sure its in line with healthy recipes. The most important being that we must at all times check what we are eating.

Vegetables 🥗, fruits and low fats diets and recipes are what is rich for healthy good living because we can even plan and enjoy them on law budget. But for those of us who love to eat all they crave for, its going to be difficult 😞 to stay on self-care recipes. We need to prioritize our health at all times especially as women who has lots on our shoulders.

That's relatable and works well for me too. I think it's important that people figure out what works for their bodies and get into that routine:)
