LOH Contest 215: More Healthy Lifestyle My Priorities For 2025.

Compliments to all the beauties of this community, Ladies Of Hive. I know you all are enjoying this wonderful season while anticipating and planning on how to celebrate πŸŽ‰ in this last month of 2024. In fact we should all be showing gratitude πŸ™ for being among those seeing the end of this year because 2024 has been classified as one of the toughest year ever with its global economy recession especially with famine.

Thank you dear @priyanarc for these awesome and amazing topics to bring the year to end because we all have good unforgettable memories from the past years of Christmas πŸŽ„ celebration, and we do also have what we want to incorporate in our coming year as resolutions which some are priorities for us. I will however partake in answering the second question.

2️⃣What’s something you want to prioritize in the coming year?

Honestly speaking I should start by being appreciative of being in good health with little minors as this 2024 is coming to an end because I have always believed that our health should come first in all that we do as women due to we face so much stress through the year either in rearing and bringing up our kids, taking care of our homes, making sure to make our husbands happy πŸ˜ƒ in any way we could and most of also want to contribute in financial assistance in the family to help things have a good flow. All these are never easy from the beginning of the year to the end.

My focus is to always to count my blessings as the year is about to end. Not going back to count all the bad experiences I had through the year but rejoicing in the good things that I was able to achieve because life is never a bed πŸ›Œ of roses 🌹. We will definitely see some bitterness and then, some sweetness.

My most priorities for this coming year 2025 is to pay more attention to my health because we as women experience different symptoms as we age. It could be change in menstrual circles, emotional 😭 conditions of all kinds may be due to menopause, fatigues that comes from body weight, visuals because of aging and overall mental health since conditions of our wellness continues to change as circumstances changes.

I am a very active person due to the kind of job I do so I always make sure to follow a routine check of my Blood 🩸 Pressure to make sure am not over working myself. My Blood Sugar is also what I don’t joke with to know what to eat and what to cut down on. I do not have visual problems but because I read and write ✍️ a lot I make sure to go for visual checks and renew my reading glasses at intervals. It’s very important we don’t create any loopholes in things that concerns our health. Although sometimes we might be facing financial problems of all kinds which do deprive us some moves we are to make towards living a healthy lifestyle, but we do need to pay attention to the basic ones especially when we see visible symptoms.

I also will prioritize in investing in healthy living because healthy living helps us as women to age gratefully. Watching what we eat is very important especially if we want to maintain a good physic. Some foodies are mot good for our health although we love them. Foods that has excess carbohydrates is not what we should eat all the time. We should try to incorporate more of vegetables πŸ₯—πŸ₯¦πŸ₯•in our meals. Many will say they don’t eat or like vegetables, but that is where the good healthy living is derived from adding fruits πŸ‰πŸŒπŸŽby the side. Some will also say they are expensive but they are not. I sometimes decide to just eat fruits as lunch replacing it for that doughnut 🍩 with soda πŸ₯€. It’s important we stay light weight all the time to help us during stress days.

In conclusion, what is that thing that gives us inner joy πŸ₯²? Is it reading πŸ“–, music 🎡, movies πŸŽ₯ or hanging out with family and friends. There must be that one thing that brings us happiness which should be among our priorities because its part of a lifestyle we neglect so much. I love watching movies and soaps which gives me joy and I make sure to stay relaxed 😎 with them usually every evening before bed πŸ›Œ time. And I hope to download more movies πŸŽ₯ this Christmas πŸŽ„πŸŽ… that will take me into 2025. Make yourself happy with that one thing you love ❀️ ladies.

What I love about you the most is how cautious you are about your health and always keep on checking which I don't do at all.
