A Whole New Way to Celebrate Christmas!

Hello Hive Ph, before I start in doing my blog I would like to greet everyone A Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year from my family to yours.

How have our Christmas celebrations changed over the years?

One of the permanent things in the world is change. People and priorities of everyone change. For the past years ,every Christmas season we usually just stay in our house . There are lots of places that we can go to feel more that it's Christmas. Christmas villages are put up, many parks also set up beautiful lightings , but we chose to just stay home and just celebrate it there. I don't know maybe it's part of being adult, a rest is more important than going to crowded places to see this beautiful attractions during Christmas.

Every Christmas eve we always gather at my parents house, all of my siblings niece and nephew even our grand children are all there. We play games have some karaoke and our favorite part eating. This is our usual set up during Christmas time, but every Christmas we grow in numbers.

October 2021 our son was born, and when he came we knew many things will change for us, me and my wife. For our family as a whole we still do the usual things whether on special occasion or just a gathering during weekend.

Fast forward to this Year, our son is now two year old, he can now appreciate things, eat the foods that we eat . He now enjoys playing outdoors, now that's a big change for us' specially being first time parents.

Before we just pass by this Christmas themed park because it's to crowded , but now we both agrees that we should take our son there. He will surely enjoy it, instead of just taking a rest after a day of tiring work we now see to it that we find time to go to this places . We let him enjoy it while he still loves this things, because when he gets older his taste will surely change.

Christmas is a very important Season for us Christians but for kids it's much more special on a whole new level. Compared to the previous years ,this year will be extra special . we want our son to have an exciting and happy memory on this holidays. Also it's not just for him but also for us, we've been looking for this holidays just to have time to rest , maybe we should also take this chance to be more active and see more of the world around us, spend more time with family and friends.
