Battle Mage Secrets : 100 % Hit Rate for Everyone
Good day Splinter friends, before starting in this weekly challenge. I would like to greet everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May all you wishes come true. Lets welcome this coming year with a happy and peaceful heart.
And now to the main topic, for this weeks challenge a ruleset that I personally like is given specially for players like me that RNG gods hate. The rage you feel when most of your attack miss and the opponent just hitting you like a sitting duck is at the highest level. So this challenge is for us, featuring Aim True
Aside from the challenge ruleset , additional rules are made available in my featured battle.
I don't have much use for this one because I don't have that much monsters with the stun ability.
This one is one of my favorite rules, so countering it is much easier for this battle.
Also only 25 Mana is given for us to make a perfect lineup, with this number it sure is a challenging task to make one.
Introducing My Line Up
Having only a 25 mana , I decided to go with death element since many good monsters are available in this element that requires a low mana to summon.
Honestly upon seeing the line up of the opponent I thought I'm gonna loose since the Dr. Blight is on his side, that Affliction ability is a counter for my tank. But I'm thankful the RNG gods is in my favor this time.
Like I said death have a very good low mana monsters and one of it helped me a lot in this game. Having the Ravenhood Warden gave me an extra hit absorption because of the protect.
Battle Highlights
On the first round I was able to eliminate the taunt tank of the opponent ,the piercing ability of the Sha-vi helped in braking that thick armor, and also the additional melee damage from the warden made every hit more powerful against my fast but low health opponent.
Upon death of the enemy tank it activated it's redemption ability giving one melee damage to each of my monsters, thanks to the warden's protect I was able to preserve their health.
For the second round my Sha-vi took out the Grenadier again thanks to the piercing it was able to eliminate it in one hit. But they also took out my warden and Weirding Warrior, this time the Dr. Blight is stacking up health because of the scavenge ability.
The exploding rats was also eliminated activating again a redemption inflicting 1 melee damage each, thanks to the heal of my tank and back it was able to sustain those damages. And also RRNG gods favors me since affliction from Dr. Blight is nowhere to be seen .hehe
On the third round Blight was able to give poison to Sha-vi but it eliminated first the Battering Ram before going down. Good thing this was an aim true battle, if not I think the chaos agent dodged all my melee attacks.
In the last round only Dr. Blight is standing against my two heal monsters, even though he amassed a lot of HP my two remaining cards are both heavy hitters and also that Affliction just activated in the last breath of Dr. Blight.
Most Valuable Monster
From all my monsters , I think the MVP for me specially in the sustain he gave in the early game mattered a lot, is the warden. The protect and additional damage he gave made me sustain the early stages since the opponent have faster monsters.
This is it for now in this weeks Battle Mage challenge, I hope you enjoyed reading. And also for those who did not still join I'll leave the LINK for you to check it out.
