Day 66/366 Y2024: POBphotocontest : Colorful Cymbidium

Hello my fellow Photo Lovers, another week for us to explore and find a beautiful photo of this weeks theme. And just in time For the Baguio Flower Festival here in the Philippines, @friendlymoose gave the theme " Flowers".

So here is how I captured my photo for this week.

Like I said it's the time of the year where we celebrate the Baguio Flower Festival here in the City of Baguio in the Philippines, Me and my wife decided to visit and see what's new for this years' celebration.

As we were walking at the park, we saw this place where a Vertical Garden Competition was held, If my memory serves me right this competition is not available in the past years, so it's good to see new things. A lot of gardens were there but one caught our attention. It was a garden filled with different colors of Cymbidium.

I am not a flower person to be honest , but his beautiful plants really caught my attention. There colors were so bright , you'll never miss them. Even if you are afar you can still recognize their beauty.

So we got close to it and took a shot of the different colors.

Every colors hits in a different way, but my favorite is the color Yellow, I guess it's bright color gave me a happy vibe . And also that light from the sun made it's color stand out more.

Flowers do give more colors in life, this is a proof, just by looking at them changes the mood. Even if we were a little tired that day from walking, the moment we saw these flowers we were relaxed a bit. We just stood there , and appreciated the beauty they have.
