Yikes, I think their old playbook has been understood now having seen it playout in the past for many times. First, they create the problem, then, they provide the solution. Ironically, people are less dumb now than previously although there's still a long way to go to be aware of what's really taking place on a broad level.

Well, it is really hard for a normal mind to understand the mind of an insane person.
But, what is really happening is not just that some people are waking up to it, but that the subconscious movement is moving away from where T.H.E.Y. want it to go.
