I haven't written a Holozing post for a little while, but I am still going strong and looking forward to the release of the game. The mechanics are a bit different to what I know and it will take some learning, but that is fine. I am sure there will be some interested people who will build some guides and help content. At least, those who do, will get supported.

That is quite is quite some delegation, and it is coming from hundreds of accounts. With the pre-release token drop mechanics, Holozing has got a lot of staked support on the @zingtoken account, with almost 5 million Hive being allocated to the account to earn ZING tokens. That is a large, large amount and shows the enthusiasm and expectation for what is to be delivered. ZING is an in-game token that will be used for gameplay and other actions, so it is worth having some early in my opinion.

The referral rewards will be a lifetime 5% of purchases by your referred accounts from @holozing. This will include things like our upcoming Alpha Starter packs, Healer NFTs, and other future sales.

This is a one off thing, but to gain benefits, the account you set as your referrer has to be created before your account. For me, it was pretty obviously @acidyo. So, he will benefit from whatever I purchase in the future.

Hopefully though, some people will be willing to set me as their referrer before they start buying also, as I hope that I have been influential enough to attract at least some of that delegated stake to earn ZING rewards, and some of those people will continue to support the game, buy some healers and starter packs, then go on to play what I believe will be quite a unique game on the Hive Blockchain.

If you have already signed up, it is easy to set the referral to who introduced you to the game.

There are a few good things to remember from the Referral System Announcement Post that I will highlight again here.

This period of setting someone as your referrer will be limited and only available until the Alpha Starter pack sale launches, afterward accounts won't be able to set a referrer and only links will place someone under your referral.

Furthermore, accounts won't be able to generate a referral link unless they've purchased at least a starter pack and/or healer NFT.

The idea of referrals is to reward the people who bring people into the game, not to game the system for your own gain. However, this is crypto, and people tend to try and maximize themselves, rather than rewarding others. Still, hopefully the people who did join through my suggestion or articles, are the types of people who will recognize it and be willing to return the good favor.

Holozing is one of the most exciting developments to happen on Hive for a while, and if it is successful in delivering a unique 3-D gaming experience, it could amount to a lot of value flowing into the ecosystem. The more of these kinds of growth opportunities the better, because it brings value diversification to Hive, as well as participation distribution, so Hive is less reliant on individual value propositions.
