Sublime and Beautiful Sunday small details of fall colors

This post is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108.

Good Morning, day, evening or night depending on when you happen to read this, I hope life is treating you well.

Of recent i have made a point of gettign out for some walks checking out the fall colors, and I must say Mother Nature has put on a lovely display this year, the weather has all over the place, some chilly days with the mornings temp at around sunrise having dropped down to freezing point some days and on others bouncing up even at sunrise in the mid to high 60's, but as I said that hasn't slowed Mother Nature down as far as the fall colors go, or perhaps the changeable weather has helped with the colors, either way I have enjoyed visiting quite a few spots and capturing the colors.

I have shared a few posts showing the fall colors from a wide perspective showing views across lakes, trees etc but for this post i though I would share a few shots where I zoomed in a bit and was trying to catch some of the details

Starting with this leave some nice colors and looks like some insect has had a feed on it.

when I was editing that first photo so often people tend to try on focus on what they see as perfection, or as close to it as they can get, and that can put pressure on people, to keep up with the neighbours with the best maincured lawns, fancy cars etc etc, or even in simple things like dressing the best or as some say dressing for sucess.

and then it goes the other way where people who have what some may see as an imprefection, feel they fail to meet some expectation of society, which is sad really, people need to be able to embrace who they are and as one saying goes accept me warts and all.

I guess i am lucky in that I am not vain, I have scrs in various spot son my body due to being crazy whe I was younger and some scars on my face from having skin cancers removed, one the Dermatoligist even wanted to do again to hide the scar, but I wasn't going for that so for me its not warts and all its scars and all take me as I am,

That said I take others as they are, if someone has a scar or some other issue that affects there look, I for the most part seldom even notice it, I truly beieve a persons true beauty is that which shines from within and thats what I look for and see.

and in that light anothe rleave a bit the worse for wear but with lovely colors and for me which is beautiful

Wise words @tattoodjay, here is a similar saying: "Don't let the cover of the book fool you.". The content inside the book may surprize. I believe that's true. We shouldnt judge people by the look. On the other hand for me the real look is the behaviour and it is very unique to each and every one of us. It is our scent that defines our day. I must say most of us consider the appearence as a value. Maybe for this reason here goes another saying: "People are welcomed with their clothes, hosted with their knowledge and are seen off with their morals."
Thanks for the colorful post. All the best...

I agree with you, scars are scars. Leave them alone! Nature has beauty in imperfections, just enjoy the beauty while you can. Great pictures, and the flower is gorgeous. As those fall leaves begin to fall they all look beat up, it's just nature at it's finest!

Gorgeous leaves. Scars and all. They make for better photo subjects that way I think. But for me I still freak out a little because I have an ongoing war with Japanese beetles on my cherry trees and when I see a leave like that they have been eating on 😡

I wonder what insects would be eating this at this time of the year.
