LOH #183: The Last Photo I Took!

The sound of birds chirping woke me up this morning. Hearing the lovely sounds of birds in the morning was like having music in my ears.

I thus seized the opportunity to snap a picture of these tiny birds outside my window; it was the last picture I took of the day.

And I feel alive and productive while taking pictures of the view!

Various birds' happy, cheerful mood outside my window corresponds with my desire to wake up and stay still. What can we expect from today? They wake up early, singing happily even before they leave their nests, as their happy, chirping melodies remind me. They give each other warmth and joy while cuddling and planning their upcoming nest. Their happy sounds greet me as I awaken, and I am thankful for another day to experience the blessing of a new beginning. Even though they cannot be sure they will eat or travel safely, they strive to be as excited as possible for this day.

It's incredible how the sound of birds may induce me to sleep, gently stir my thoughts, cause me to shift out of my cosy bed linens, and inspire me to wake up dreamy but sleepy in anticipation of another blissful and energetic day.

It reminds me every morning of how fortunate I am, how much I have to be thankful for, and how a little bird can make me smile even on the darkest or most depressing days because they are devoted to making me smile. By sharing their songs and cheerful chirps, they have the infectious ability to make me feel happy. They also respond to each other's calls for chirpy days, dragging me along and saying, "Hey, get up; it's a wonderful day out here; join in the fun." I adore birds so much.

It's the little things...

The birds chirping in the morning air outside,
Every day is a fresh start, regardless of the events from the previous day. Oh, sweetie, these small things keep me going despite how difficult life can be. Even during my difficult moments, I smile and express gratitude. My love, take a moment to observe; there is much to be grateful for, particularly in the small things.

And it's these small things that give me a sense of purpose and life.

I am motivated to overcome my obstacles and approach life with optimism.

The peaceful, tranquil sounds of birds chirping can serve as a break from the stresses of everyday life and promote feelings of calm and tranquillity. Birdsong's melodic and rhythmic patterns calm our minds, encouraging stress reduction and relaxation.

Birdsong has a calming, uplifting effect on our emotions and overall mood. Listening to birdsong made me feel joy, happiness, and contentment. My spirit can be raised, and a sense of tranquillity can be created by combining the lovely harmonies with being near nature.

The soothing melodies of birds can be a potent cure for mental health in a world where noise and demands frequently overwhelm us. By intentionally incorporating birdsong into our lives, we can cultivate peaceful moments, reestablish a connection with the natural world, and find comfort in its healing power. Thus, let's embrace the calming song of the birds and let it nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits.

And it is why I enjoy working my garden this year and take in the nature around my home, life is still busy but slowed just enough to enjoy it more.
