WE #217: My Routine For A Weekend!

I am excited to see another weekend engagement initiated by @galenkp every Friday. So today, it's my pleasure to answer another question:

What are you doing this weekend and why?

We take time off from work on weekends. Some of us do indeed have to work on the weekends; in fact, many of us have weekly weekend jobs that need to be done.

So these are what I do this weekend or most of my weekends.

In my experience as a teacher, the weekends go by so quickly that it's unimaginable. Even so, I get excited when the weekends get closer. This is when I organize everything I need to get done for the next few days and have time to relax with my loved ones and friends.

This weekend, my Weekend Thoughts include:
Plans for the coming weekend.
A summary of my previous week's efforts and accomplishments.
Preparations for the upcoming week.

I organized and planned the tasks I had for the upcoming week!

By compiling all your assignments into a single list, you can ensure you notice everything crucial. Prioritizing your tasks will help you determine which ones must be done immediately and which can wait. It also aids in organizing the sequence in which you will finish them.

This allows me to arrange my ideas better and stay focused on my work and side projects. Not wasting time is very important to me.

Making a to-do list on the weekend forces me to assess my accomplishments and determine whether I met my weekly goals. Once I've completed everything, it will feel like a huge accomplishment and a sign of progress.

After organizing my To-Do List, I'll handle household chores, especially laundry.

I also play with my best friend Quatro, a very clinging and affectionate dog, on the weekends. Because of my hectic workdays, I can only play with her and give her my full attention on the weekends. Spending time with her is so fulfilling and calming because she never gets tired of waiting for me to get home at the end of my hectic days.

Weekends are also for my other job, which is tutoring. I tutor other kids from different schools for one to two hours. Being a tutor on a weekend is essential for me because it benefits me and helps me fix my finances. This is a source of my backup income when shortcomings occur.

That's how I spent my weekend, then. Even though it seemed straightforward and hectic, it was a great deal when I was done and got everything I needed.

**I've developed a weekend regimen that makes my entire workweek productive! It's great because it requires organization, self-care, and preparation. On Monday, I can conquer any obstacle and am ready for whatever life throws my way.
