This my entry to the shadow hunter contest smash round 361

Everything about this adventure of hunting and sharing of shadows is very interesting adventure I enjoy playing part on. Here is a keyword to understand the trends of shadows and impact on our lives.
I'm dropping this shadow reflection that shows a reflection of this wood on the wall, as the sun light shines on the wood, it creates a realistic reflection of the shadow and the wood, place on the wall.
Shadows has always been a reflection of the physical objects in our environment, this shadows can't exist without the object and the light. This also shows the relationship between the three dimensions set of relationships.
This also drops a very effectiveness and important of light in our lives.

Psychologically we can reflect on what is shadow and thought about it. So we take shadow to be related to that hidden part of our reality when we backed the source of light. For instance as regards to this wood on the wall blocking the source of light reflection on the wall, it creates a reprinted shape.
The shadow is said to represent that parts of ourselves, with our negative emotions and our desires.
We might not want to accept most times, the importance of this our shadow lies in its potential to reveal areas of our personal growth including self-awareness when acknowledged and integrated, allowing us to become more whole and authentic in our environment.

How do we see the importance of shadow to our true personality.
In the context of Personal Growth:
understanding our shadow, can help us identify areas of our life where we can train for personal developments.

Looking at our personal life Awareness:
Shadow enhances our self awareness when there is a light reflection on our real life.
This will allow us uncover hidden aspects of our life that might influence us in our lives in general.

Then our self Authentication:
Our shadow can also help us to embrace all parts of ourselves.

I came across this Concept of "Shadow Work" by
Carl Jung's Theory:

The concept of the shadow is primarily attributed to Carl Jung, who believed that everyone has a shadow self that contains both negative and positive aspects.
Process of Integration:"Shadow work" refers to the conscious effort to explore and integrate these hidden parts of ourselves, allowing us to work through them and gain a more balanced perspective.
